Bipolar buyer not entitled to grace period unless contract specifies it, AG office says 
TROY — Contrary to popular belief, Michigan consumers are not entitled to any specific grace period to cancel a transaction without penalty unless specified in a contract, an official with the state attorney general’s office said Tuesday.
